OUR PHILOSOPHY
Discover a
revolution on tap
Explore 50 lines of exceptional sustainable wine, local beer, and cocktails, all delivered with guaranteed freshness and a crisp, perfect pour.
Located in the heart of London, Tap the Vine is here to revolutionize the experience. We are London’s first large-scale, 100% bottle-free wine bar, passionately dedicated to serving exceptional, sustainable wine on tap. This isn't just a new way to drink; it's a bold new way to think about your favourite glass, pairing your conscience with incredible taste.
You might wonder, why wine on tap?
sustainability of wine on tap.
Our unique tap system is the key to exploration. It allows us to curate a dynamic, ever-changing selection of wines from the world’s most renowned regions. One day you can savour the rich reds of Tuscany and the juicy pinot noirs of California; the next, discover a crisp white from Portugal’s coast or a complex Malbec from Argentina.
Our innovative keg system features an airtight pouch that elegantly collapses as wine is dispensed. This ensures zero oxygen contact, preserving the wine’s integrity and delivering a flawlessly fresh, crisp glass from the very first pour to the very last.
This model is at the heart of our mission
To give you access to a wider, more exciting range of varieties than any standard bar could offer, all while protecting the planet.
By eliminating bottles, we dramatically reduce packaging waste and slash carbon emissions from transportation. While others might dabble with a keg or two, we are fully committed. We seek out wines with a story, sourced directly from passionate, family-run growers who practice sustainable agriculture.
Our environmental ethos
touches everything
From our energy-efficient systems to our thoughtfully designed interiors built with reclaimed materials, every detail is considered. We’ve created a space where innovation meets hospitality and community. So come on in, settle in and raise a glass to the future of wine—a future that’s fresh, fantastic, and feels as good as it tastes.
